Cancellation Policy
Service Retainers are non refundable. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment as liquidated damages.
LATE POLICY:
Please note that if you’re over 15 minutes late for your appointment time a late fee of $50 will be assessed. I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No - Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled as liquidated damages.
Service Retainers & PAYMENT:
Service Retainers are non refundable or transferable. Payments accepted are major credit credit cards/cash and clients are responsible for paying processing fees. All Services Rendered are FINAL SALE & no refunds or credits will be issued.
